Email measurement notice
Business outreach sent through BDP Mail may record limited technical events so the sender can operate the campaign safely and understand its results.
Events that may be recorded
- Whether Gmail accepted or rejected a delivery request.
- Replies, delivery failures, bounces, blocks, and unsubscribe requests.
- If the sender enables it, an estimated email open using a small image and visits through first-party tracked links.
Open information is only an estimate because email applications may load, proxy, or block images. Automated security scanners may visit tracked links, so a recorded link visit does not prove that a person clicked. A Gmail acceptance is not proof that a message reached the inbox.
Your choice
Every outreach message includes an unsubscribe option. Using it places the recipient address on the sender's do-not-email list and stops future campaign messages.
Data handling
Tracking links use opaque random identifiers rather than putting an email address in the URL. BDP Mail limits recorded request information to what is needed to deduplicate an event and report campaign results.
