These terms govern use of the Inflection Point Business Development Platform ("BDP"), operated by Inflection Point ("we," "us"). By using the BDP, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act on that organization's behalf. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms.
1. Accounts and authorized access
The BDP is a business application for authorized adult users. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting account access, and actions taken under your authorization. Workspace administrators manage memberships, permissions, providers, and operating choices. Only connect accounts, upload information, or authorize actions that you are entitled to control. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
2. Acceptable research and outreach
Use the BDP lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights. You are responsible for the legal basis for collecting and using contact information, the accuracy of sender identity and message claims, required disclosures and consent, and honoring unsubscribe or suppression requests.
Do not use the BDP for deceptive or unlawful messages, phishing, impersonation, harassment, prohibited scraping, access-control circumvention, or attempts to evade provider rules. Do not disable safety controls to contact suppressed recipients. Do not upload unlawful content or highly sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for business outreach.
Public availability or a provider's contact result is not a guarantee that outreach is appropriate or lawful. Workspace approval does not replace your responsibility to review your audience and communications.
3. Google and other connected services
Integrations operate under the permissions you grant and the BDP settings authorized for your workspace. Depending on enabled features, these can include researching companies, enriching contacts, creating or updating Gmail drafts, sending campaign messages, reading outreach-related messages, and transferring selected information to a CRM.
Review the selected workflow before approving or launching it. An authorized automated workflow can continue in the background until paused, completed, or stopped by its controls. Connecting Gmail alone does not launch a campaign. Revoking access may interrupt pending work; it does not recall sent messages or erase data already shared.
Google and other providers have separate terms, limits, availability, and fees. You are responsible for your provider subscriptions and authorized usage. Configured budgets and usage estimates help manage spend but are not a replacement for the provider's billing records. The BDP is not a Google product and is not represented as endorsed by Google.
4. Your content and AI-generated material
You retain your rights in information and content you provide. You permit us and service providers to process that content as necessary to operate the features you authorize, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable Google-data restrictions.
Research, qualification results, contact details, estimated spending, and AI-generated writing may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important facts, recipient information, claims, and campaign content before relying on them. The BDP does not guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, responses, sales, or the accuracy of third-party data. AI outputs are not professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
The BDP software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. These terms grant access to the service, not ownership of its software or another user's information.
5. Privacy and workspace responsibility
Our Privacy Policy describes access, use, storage, and sharing of information. Workspace organizations are responsible for their own purposes, notices, permissions, and instructions. Only share mailbox information with workspace members and connected services where you have appropriate authorization.
6. Availability and changes
We maintain and update the BDP, but availability may be affected by maintenance, defects, infrastructure failures, or provider restrictions. Features and limits can change. We may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Except where a separate agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, the service is provided as available without guarantees of a particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or losses caused by unauthorized use or independent third-party failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Ending use and data requests
You may stop using the BDP, pause authorized workflows, and revoke connected account access. Contact your workspace administrator or us to request account closure, export, or deletion. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Ending use does not recall delivered communications or cancel separate provider obligations.
8. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the BDP changes. The revision date appears above. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. These terms do not override a separate signed agreement or mandatory rights under applicable law.
